Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PrePack app ("PrePack"), provided by Tribe Multimedia LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using PrePack, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PrePack on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use PrePack and are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account anytime from Profile, Delete Account.

3. Subscriptions (PrePack Pro)

PrePack offers an auto-renewing subscription, PrePack Pro, in monthly ($3.99) and yearly ($29.99) plans, which may include a free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or the free trial), the subscription automatically renews at the same price.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. If you cancel a free trial before it ends, you will not be charged.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

4. Weather and packing information

PrePack provides weather forecasts and packing suggestions for convenience only. Forecasts (including "estimate" data beyond the live forecast window) may be inaccurate. Always use your own judgment; we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's information.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse PrePack, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PrePack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of PrePack.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
